- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the service date may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Product Order Cancellation
- Product orders (flooring, carpets, décor, artificial grass, etc.) are processed through brands or authorized distributors.
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.
- Cancellation depends entirely on approval from the company or distributor.
- If the company/distributor denies cancellation, Plank & Pixel is not responsible.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Service was not provided as agreed.
- Service could not be delivered due to an issue from our side.
- Approved cancellation by the company/distributor (for product orders).
To request a refund, contact us within 3 days of the service date.

- We do not guarantee any fixed delivery timeline.
- Delays caused by suppliers, logistics, or external factors are not eligible for refunds.
6. Installation Disclaimer
- Installation should be done by Plank & Pixel’s authorized team.
- We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party installations.
7. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
8. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if a service has been partially completed.
